Week 3 nearly over....

Well W3 was definately the most trying, I've put on 400 grams due to not having planned ahead enough on the weekend & eating while stressed (Thurs-Sat last week).  Master 7 has been a nightmare & I let it derail me....food & exercise-wise.  But am back on track & had a good week Mon-Thur :)
